Mizo was born out of necessity. As a fast-growing MSP, we faced a challenge shared by many in the industry: scaling our operations while dealing with a growing workload and a persistent shortage of skilled technicians.

After trying the tools available on the market, they were either too expensive, too rigid, or too time-consuming to set up and manage. That’s when we asked ourselves: what if we could do better?

From that question, Mizo was born. What started as an internal AI agent to handle ticket triage, documentation lookup, and workflow automation quickly grew into a powerful product. Built and tested in a real MSP environment, Mizo understands the daily challenges tech teams face and helps them work smarter, not harder.
