NOC Alerts Agent
Disk full, service stopped, device offline, high CPU. The NOC Alerts Agent picks up every alert from your RMM and the alert tickets in your PSA, checks the device, runs the approved fix and clears what it resolved. Your techs only see the alerts that actually need a human.

What the NOC Alerts agent handles
You choose which cases are enabled for each client, and how much it can do on its own.
Alert triage
- Separates noise from real incidents
- Merges duplicate alert tickets
- Links alerts to the right company and device
- Prioritizes by client, device role and SLA
Automatic remediation
- Disk cleanup and log rotation
- Service restarts and recovery
- Stuck process and memory fixes
- Re-run of failed scheduled tasks
Escalation with context
- Hands off with diagnostics already run
- Pages on-call for critical servers
- Suggests threshold and policy changes
- Writes the alert history into the ticket
Diagnose, plan, approve, execute
Diagnoses against live state
Checks the real state of the tenant, account or device, and pulls the client's SOP for the issue.
Builds a plan with sources
Every step cites where it comes from: a client SOP, live state, or a clearly flagged best practice.
Approve, or delegate
Your tech approves each action in one click, or you let trusted cases run on their own.
Executes, verifies and logs
Runs the approved actions, confirms the fix worked and writes everything to the ticket and audit trail.
NOC Alerts Agent questions
Which alerts can the NOC Alerts Agent handle?
Any alert from a supported RMM (NinjaOne, Datto RMM, N-central, ConnectWise Automate, Syncro, Atera), plus alert tickets that other monitoring tools create in your PSA. You decide which alert types it can fix on its own and which it only triages.
Will it run scripts without approval?
Only if you allow it. Every fix comes from your approved script library, and each alert type starts with technician approval. Once you trust a fix, you can let it run on its own.
What happens when it can't fix the alert?
It escalates the ticket with the checks it ran, the device state and what it tried, so the tech starts from the diagnosis instead of from zero.
