Most “ticket automation” stops at the part that’s easy to demo: classify the ticket, set a priority, route it to the right board. That’s triage — and triage alone still leaves a human to do the actual work. End-to-end ticket resolution means the system doesn’t just decide what should happen; it performs the action, verifies the outcome, and closes the loop.

The difference between triage and resolution is almost entirely about what your AI agent can reach. An agent that can only read and write tickets can advise. An agent connected to Microsoft 365 and your RMM can act. This is why integrations — not models — are the real bottleneck for autonomous service delivery, and why the Mizo AI agent for MSPs is built around the systems where the work actually lives.

Why most ticket automation stops short of resolution

A huge share of MSP tickets are identity and access requests: password resets, MFA re-registration, mailbox permissions, distribution-list changes, license assignments, and on/offboarding. They’re high-volume, repetitive, and — critically — they’re resolved inside Microsoft 365, not inside the PSA.

If your automation can’t reach M365, the best it can do is route the ticket to a technician who then opens the admin center and clicks. The ticket was triaged in seconds and resolved in minutes of human time. End-to-end resolution removes that second step.

End-to-end ticket resolution with Microsoft 365

The Microsoft 365 integration is what turns Mizo from a triage layer into a resolution layer. With governed access to your tenants, the AI agent can:

  • Reset passwords and re-register MFA for a verified user
  • Manage mailbox permissions — grant, revoke, or audit delegate and shared-mailbox access
  • Assign and reclaim licenses based on role and policy
  • Update group and distribution-list membership
  • Run on/offboarding sequences — disable sign-in, revoke sessions, convert the mailbox, reassign licenses

Each action runs against the rules you define, with a full audit trail back on the ticket. The customer gets a resolved request; the technician gets the time back. If you want to see this on your own tenant, book a demo.

RMM remediation: extending resolution to the endpoint

Identity is half the picture. The other half lives on the endpoint, and that’s RMM territory. As we covered in AI agent vs. RMM automation, RMM is excellent at deterministic, scheduled, high-volume work — and an AI agent is excellent at the ambiguous, context-dependent decision of which remediation to run and when. Connecting the two closes the loop on endpoint tickets.

Mizo connects to the major RMM platforms — Datto RMM is available now, with ConnectWise Automate and N-able N-central on the way:

Datto RMM

The Datto RMM integration lets the agent trigger remediation jobs and scripts in response to a classified ticket or alert — restart a service, clear a disk, push a component — then write the result back to the ticket. Intelligent automation on top of Datto’s monitoring and scripting engine.

ConnectWise Automate

For shops standardized on ConnectWise Automate, the agent maps a ticket to the right script or command and executes it through Automate, keeping the PSA ticket and the RMM action in sync. This pairs naturally with PSA-side automation — see AI automation across your PSA.

N-able N-central

The N-able N-central integration brings AI-driven monitoring and automated remediation to N-central environments, so recurring endpoint issues can be resolved without a technician picking up the ticket.

How M365 + RMM + PSA combine

End-to-end resolution isn’t one integration — it’s the combination. A single ticket often crosses all three planes:

  • PSA — where the ticket lives, gets classified, and gets closed
  • Microsoft 365 — where identity, mailbox, and license actions resolve
  • RMM — where endpoint remediation runs

The agent’s job is to reason across them: read the request in the PSA, decide the right action, execute it in M365 or the RMM, verify it worked, and close the ticket with notes. That orchestration across your whole stack is the point of Mizo’s integrations.

What it looks like in practice

A user submits “I can’t get into my email and my laptop is crawling.” A triage-only system tags it and routes it. An end-to-end system:

  1. Classifies the request as a combined identity + performance issue.
  2. Verifies the user and, in Microsoft 365, resets the password and clears the sign-in risk.
  3. Triggers an RMM job (Datto RMM / ConnectWise Automate / N-central) to clear the endpoint bottleneck.
  4. Confirms both actions succeeded and closes the ticket with a full audit trail.

One ticket, resolved across two systems, with no technician touch — because the agent could reach both.

Getting started

Microsoft 365 and Datto RMM end-to-end resolution are available now; the ConnectWise Automate and N-able N-central integrations are coming soon. Explore the full list on the integrations page, or book a demo to see end-to-end ticket resolution on your own environment.
