Mizo is building AI agents that automate service desk operations for Managed Service Providers. We're a small Montreal-based team with customers on four continents, and we hire people who ship.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• X+ years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

• Comfort with ambiguity: you can take a one-line problem statement and turn it into something shipped.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Nice-to-have experience that would accelerate ramp-up.
• Bilingual French/English, a plus for our Montreal-based team and Quebec market.
