Agreement
CAUTION
Available only on Connectwise PSA
1- Requires workflow to be active. Agreement assignment runs when the workflow is enabled in automation or recommendation mode.
To activate, navigate to:
Mizo Console › Workflow › Triage

When set to Automation, agreements will be set automatically.

When set to Recommendation, agreements will be recommended within the to do next. .
When set to Off, agreements will not be set or recommended automatically.
2- Agreement is set at ticket creation. When a new ticket is created, Mizo identifies and applies the matching agreement based on available context (contact, company, contract).
3- Fine-tuning is available. You can adjust agreement-matching behavior from the fine-tuning pages — either via triage settings or communication settings, depending on where in the workflow you want to refine it.
