AI phone agent for MSPs on bvoip
bvoip is built for MSPs, and many MSPs run their own help desk line on it. Send that line's after-hours or no-answer calls to your Mizo number, and the Phone Agent answers, matches the caller and opens the ticket in your PSA.

About bvoip: bvoip is an MSP-focused, channel-only hosted voice platform built on 3CX, with each customer on its own phone system instance.
What the Phone Agent does for bvoip users
bvoip keeps routing your calls. Mizo answers the ones you send it and turns each into a ticket.
Out-of-office routing
Use office hours on your bvoip system so calls to your help desk outside business hours go to Mizo.
Queue or ring group no-answer
Set Mizo as the destination when your support queue or ring group isn't answered.
Caller matched, ticket written
The Phone Agent matches the caller to their company and contact in your PSA, then creates or updates the ticket with the transcript and a summary.
On-call transfer for emergencies
When a call needs a human now, the Phone Agent transfers it to the on-call number you configure.
How Mizo works with bvoip
There is no API integration with bvoip. You forward calls from bvoip to a dedicated Mizo phone number. The Phone Agent answers, matches the caller to a contact in your PSA, creates or updates the ticket with the transcript, and transfers to your on-call technician when a human is needed. Your numbers stay where they are.
How to set it up with bvoip
Mizo runs in recommendation mode first, writing its reasoning to each ticket, and moves to autonomous handling only where you allow it.
Get your Mizo number
Mizo provides a dedicated phone number for your Phone Agent.
Forward from bvoip
On your bvoip (3CX-based) system, set the support line's out-of-office route, or the queue's no-answer destination, to the Mizo number as an external destination.
Set on-call and client rules
Give Mizo the number to transfer emergencies to (not your main line, to avoid loops) and any per-client rules for what counts as urgent.
Mizo and bvoip: common questions
We resell bvoip to clients. Is this for their lines?
This is for your MSP's own help desk line: the number your clients call for support. The Phone Agent creates tickets in your PSA for your team.
Is this different from the 3CX page?
The routing works the same way because bvoip is built on 3CX. If bvoip manages parts of your configuration, they can help set the external destination.
Do we keep our numbers on bvoip?
Yes. Nothing is ported and there is no bvoip API connection. You only forward calls to the Mizo number.
