CIPP integration for Mizo AI agents: on the roadmap
Many MSPs run Microsoft 365 tenant changes through CIPP. A direct CIPP integration is on Mizo's roadmap; it isn't available today. Mizo's Microsoft 365 connection via GDAP is live for end-user verification.

About CIPP: CIPP (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal) is an open-source, multi-tenant Microsoft 365 management portal used by MSPs for standards, user management and tenant alerts.
What we plan to do with CIPP
These are planned capabilities, not features you can use today.
Planned: tenant actions through CIPP
For MSPs that standardize changes in CIPP, run approved Microsoft 365 user and mailbox actions through your CIPP instance instead of directly.
Planned: standards-aware context
Use the standards you've defined in CIPP as context when triaging Microsoft 365 tickets.
Available today: CIPP alert tickets
If CIPP alerts already reach your PSA as tickets, Mizo classifies, bundles and routes them like any other alert ticket.
Available today: Microsoft 365 verification
Mizo's live Microsoft 365 integration verifies requesters with an Authenticator push or sign-in link before account changes.
CIPP is on the roadmap, not live
A direct CIPP integration is planned but not available today. The use cases below describe what we intend to build; scope and timing can change. Talk to us if you want to be notified or help shape it.
What you can do today
Mizo runs in recommendation mode first, writing its reasoning to each ticket, and moves to autonomous handling only where you allow it.
Connect Microsoft 365 via GDAP
Use Mizo's live Microsoft 365 integration for end-user verification across your client tenants.
Route CIPP alerts in your PSA
Write plain-language rules for CIPP alert tickets: which board, which priority, what to bundle.

Tell us how your team uses CIPP. We'll involve you as the integration takes shape.
Mizo and CIPP: common questions
Is the CIPP integration live?
No. It's on the roadmap. Mizo's direct Microsoft 365 integration via GDAP is live for end-user verification.
Why integrate with CIPP if Mizo already connects to Microsoft 365?
Some MSPs route every tenant change through CIPP for standards and audit. The planned integration would let Mizo work through the tool you already govern changes with.
Does Mizo handle CIPP alerts today?
Yes, indirectly: if CIPP alerts create tickets in your PSA, Mizo's intake and triage agents handle them. There is no direct CIPP connection yet.
How do I get notified?
Contact us and mention CIPP. We'll reach out when early access opens.
