About TimeZest: TimeZest is a scheduling tool built for MSPs that lets end users book appointments with technicians directly from PSA tickets.
What Mizo does with TimeZest
Scheduling is where tickets stall. Mizo removes the wait between “we need a session” and a booked slot.
Booking link in the first reply
When triage decides a ticket needs a live session, the Communication Agent includes a TimeZest booking link in its reply to the end user.
The right appointment type
A quick remote session and an onsite visit aren't the same booking. Mizo chooses the TimeZest appointment type based on how the ticket was triaged.
Dispatch first, then schedule
The Dispatch Agent picks the technician by skills and workload, and the booking link offers that technician's availability.
Bookings stay on the ticket
TimeZest records the appointment on the PSA ticket as it does today, so status reflects reality and nothing sits waiting on a reply.
How to connect TimeZest
Mizo runs in recommendation mode first, writing its reasoning to each ticket, and moves to autonomous handling only where you allow it.
Connect your TimeZest account
Provide Mizo with access to your TimeZest account. Your existing PSA connection in TimeZest stays as it is.
Map appointment types
Describe in plain language which appointment type fits which kind of ticket, per client if needed.
Review, then let it run
Start with Mizo suggesting the booking link on tickets, then let it send links automatically once you trust the choices.
Mizo and TimeZest: common questions
Does Mizo replace TimeZest?
No. TimeZest still handles calendars and the booking experience. Mizo decides when a ticket needs a booking, which appointment type fits and who it should be with, then sends the link.
TimeZest or Microsoft Bookings?
Mizo works with both. MSPs already using TimeZest with their PSA typically keep it; Microsoft Bookings is an option for teams that schedule through Microsoft 365.
Does the end-user booking experience change?
No. End users see the same TimeZest booking page they know. Rescheduling and cancellations work as they do in TimeZest today.
Which PSAs are supported?
ConnectWise PSA, Autotask and HaloPSA, as long as TimeZest is connected to the same PSA.
