We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team at Mizo. This dual-function role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success and sales, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform while driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Success (50%)

  • Guide new clients through the complete Mizo onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
  • Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives
  • Conduct product training sessions and workshops to maximize platform utilization
  • Monitor client progress and proactively address any challenges during the onboarding phase
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvement

Business Development & Sales (50%)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Represent Mizo at industry events, webinars, and networking functions

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience working with SaaS or technology products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Technical Proficiency

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive)
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of automation platforms is a plus
  • Experience in the MSP or SaaS industry
